Me, Claudia Garrido Luque, was born in 1966 in Germany and started after a “conventional journey in career terms” to search my passion. I found it a few years ago in the work with humans in respect of everything in relation with healthy. Nowadays I work as author, Connecting Coach, meditation teacher, massage practitioner and nutritionist, perform successfully coaching according to my own developed method, write novels and nutrition books, teach meditation and realize luxury massages to descent into the depths of the own soul.

Above all, I lecture and hold workshops concerning a way of nutrition which helps the human body to stay or to become healthy. I learned first-hand that diseases can be healed by nutrition and live today together with my husband in a way formed by myself which is named “viogan” and consists of organic food without animal products, sugar, lactose and gluten. Through this way of live I gained energy and health, reached my normal weight and could bring more energy and vitality into my everyday live.
