A good way to get in touch with yourself is to have a wonderfully relaxing and muscle relaxing massage. Here you have the opportunity to completely immerse yourself and clear your head. Meditation
If you are looking for a way that you can do something yourself to achieve inner calm and peace, I offer you a meditation session with me at your premises. This also includes the opportunity to learn about this wonderful relaxation and concentration method. As a meditation teacher, I have learned that this is a wonderful way to find inner peace and to be able to find yourself completely. This coincides with my own experience and is also proven by many studies. Recent studies even show that regular meditation positively changes the brain mass for compassion, worry and fear.
Another relaxation option is koshi meditation. The fine and, compared to other sound generators, quite quiet tones are wonderfully suited to relaxing the mind and body and, above all, clearing the head. The 4 tubes are assigned to earth, wind, fire and water. To get an idea of the sound spectrum and the effect, you will find a short sound example here.
